Art is a powerful tool that can be used to deal with negative emotions and to improve over-all wellbeing, contributing to lowering anxiety and stress levels.

We have been holding art therapy sessions at our center in Sassine, since December 2021, in collaboration with “For the Art Association.” More than a 100 residents have taken part in the sessions so far.

Art activities include painting, enjoying music and exercises in acting and corporal expression.

The participants have been very appreciative of this initiative. The sessions are giving them the chance to connect with themselves, enjoy their time and recharge positive energy.
